I am Rtn. Shilpa Khadakbhavi an enthusiastic portrait artist and expert in watercolors landscape paintings. It’s my passion to excel in these main subjects. Working from life is more challenging but the end result is much more alive! I love working alla-prima on canvas, enjoying conversation with the sitter sometimes. For me, it is always a great joy to see painting evolve and become lively! I become one with the nature, while painting landscapes. Enjoying the melodies of birds singing and streams dancing, it always takes me to the meditative mood entirely.

Focus Areas: Landscapes, Nature, etc.
