Malay started his painting with Water Color mainly on nature studies. His inclination to music and nature brings a mysticism in all his works. Several of his works shows a dreamy impressionism, which forms his basic style. A simple woods, few dancing in tribal village, a narrow bridge on a brook brings the viewer lost in deep perspective. A stmng sense of drawing with several acrylic wash produces a mystical beauty in his work. He is a close associate ofRoymansArt Studio, Kolkata ,London.

Education : Masters Degree in Bangia Sangeet Parishad affiliated by Rabindra Bharati University, West Bengal State Academy.
