I find it very fascinating that my art, which was just an engaging activity for me, now has become more expressive for my inexplicable emotions. Ever since I was a child I have been fascinated by the contradicting human nature, Roller-coaster of emotions; like the poem Ozymandias. What starts out as triumph soon becomes corrupted into a manifesto of power, leaving only a sense of dread and the prospect of a new beginning. I relate my process of painting to the person seeking for the light switch, in the infinitely vast dark room. He may never find it, but for sure he's one step closer. I strongly believes that the process of painting or let's just say the process of seeking that switch is more important to me than the end result.
