Ashok Kumar is a Visual Artist working freelance in New Delhi, India. He has born on 1st Feb 1965 in Bihar, India. He has admitted to the college of art, Patna, Patna University, Graduated and accomplished his study as a bright and brilliant student of the College of Art in the year 1987. 1990, he has received a Scholarship for higher study in fine art at L’Ecole Superieure des Beaux-arts de Marseille, France. He has received an award senior fellowship in painting for 2015-16 from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India 2017.

Two years higher studied painting in L’Ecole Superieure des beaux-arts de Marseille- France. (Under French Govt. Scholarship) 1990-1992.
