Once I have heard from a legendary artist "White paper holds potential. With every stroke of paint, the potentials narrow until one specific story is revealed." Painting is my passion and I find watercolor as an exciting medium to express myself. Watercolor is one of the most misunderstood mediums. Either people think it's "too difficult" and "unforgiving", or they think it's a lightweight medium. The truth is, it's just another medium with its own fortes and foibles. I enjoy the medium tremendously. For me, the best thing about watercolor is it keeps me on my toes. My work is influenced through embattled artistic tradition known as realism. I paint expressively creating paintings that are people from the real life. I try to bring spontaneity to the subject by portraying intuitive insights of human faces. I am a strong believer of the fact that If an artist works from personal experiences the outcome of the work will be more certain.
