Artwork Description

The Sikh’s are one of the most kind and yet fearless communities known in this world. The history has seen both the sides of Sikhism and one of the important binding elements for them is the Sikh Emblem.

It was presented to them by one of the high gurus back in time. This sikh emblem comprises of khanda (two edged sword), a chakra (a circular weapon) and two kirpans with blades flanking it.

It is generally be seen on a Nishan Sahib which is triangular Sikh flag of the community and can be positively spotted at any Gurudwara or any other religious place of Sikhs.

For the Sikh people all over the world, this emblem is a continuous reminder of their duties towards the society and devotion to their Rab was well.
